詹姆斯·莱恩中士, Penn State 新肯辛顿's campus police commander, places a gift in the campus police cruiser during the first "Cram the Cruiser" event on Dec. 11. The event helped the campus' 警察 and 公共安全 Department collect nearly 200 toys and items to be donated to the local Valley Points Family YMCA early learning and school age childcare centers.
